For the past couple of years I have worked with one of the main estate agents in Chipping  Norton carrying out their end-of-tenancy or house sale/purchase clean.

I am therefore well versed in what is expected by the landlord and letting agent in order for the tenant to have their deposit returned at the end of their tenancy. 

​

• This can include carpet cleaning if required, usually as part of your tenancy agreement if you have pets.

• I can liaise directly with the letting agent to ensure that the property is cleaned to the standard required for your end-of-tenancy deposit to be refunded.  

• I will confirm to the letting agent that you have paid for the property to be professionally cleaned and I will rectify anything which the agent deems necessary after they have inspected it.  

• You simply hand over the keys to me once you have removed your furniture and walk away.  The rest is down to me!

After Sale Cleans before the new owners move in.

Nobody wants to clean the house they are leaving. 

 

Pre Move In Cleans once the previous owners have moved out, so that your furniture arrives into a freshly cleaned house.  

 

Probate Cleans before the estate agent arrives to take photographs to put the house on to the market for sale. ​​
