While James and his team are clearing the house, I will clean. The time this process takes depends on the size of the house and the items to clear.All costs and logistics will be discussed and agreed upon up front, making a somewhat distressing time more bearable.

House clearance can also be carried out, if required, as part of a one-stop service. This is arranged by my partner James.

This service is usually required by the family following the death of a loved one after probate has been issued, and any items that the family wishes to keep have been removed. The house will then be cleared and cleaned prior to estate agents photographs in preparation for marketing materials and viewings to commence.

James is an antiques dealer by trade and will offer to buy items of interest, regardless of age or condition, to offset the cost of clearing the remaining house contents.

If no such items exist, James will quote a fixed fee for him and his team to clear and dispose of the unwanted house contents. James will arrange skip permits and disposal costs as necessary.
